Top Line Hands was founded with deep expertise in storm restoration, line work, and field operations. We’ve answered the call during hurricanes, blackouts, and natural disasters placing people and performance before profit. That mission continues today under the leadership of Marcus Rogers (President) and Timmy Sullivan (VP Operations).

Powering Communities Coast to Coast

From hurricane recovery to storm restoration in the Midwest, Top Line Hands has boots on the ground nationwide. Every yellow state on this map represents a stop we’ve made to support utilities and cooperatives — delivering safe, reliable storm response, construction, and utility services wherever we’re needed most.

Community Impact

With 2,692 hours of community service through Church of Fire and Bridge of Hope, we’ve dedicated our time to passing out and delivering food to those in need, driving over 6,200 miles to make it happen. Beyond food outreach, we’ve supported our local communities by improving 4 ball fields—from changing lights and electrical work to trimming trees—in Manchester, Dillsboro, Milan, and Aurora.
